• BE/B.Tech with first class (minimum 75% marks or 7.5 CGPA) in relevant subject from a recognized University/Institute; Valid GATE qualification is required unless the degree is awarded by CFTI with at least 7.5/10 CGPA or 75% aggregate marks at the graduation level.
• M.Tech/ME with first class (minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA) in relevant subject from a recognized University/Institute; Candidates with M.Tech or ME are not required to have valid GATE qualification.
• M.Sc. in Data Science and Management or Data Analytics or other relevant subjects with valid GATE qualification.
• Experience and keen interest in research in Deep Learning, Biomedical Data Analysis, or Medical Image Analysis (preferred qualification).
• Strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch, or similar (preferred).
• Previous participation in academic research projects and/or publications (preferred qualification).

Salary/Stipend

• Fellowship per month: ₹56,000 + HRA.

• No financial assistance for PhD tuition/registration will be provided by the project or institution; The consolidated salary and benefits will be paid entirely from the ICMR CAR Project grant.
