eligibility criteria

• Educational Qualification: Must have passed 10th class.
• Experience: Ability to read and write preferred local language.
• Age Limit (as on 04-01-2026): 22-40 years.

Salary/Stipend

• Consolidated salary Rs. 14,000 – 1000×5 – Rs. 19,000/-.
• Annual performance incentive of Rs. Rs.1,000/- every year based on satisfactory review/performance of services rendered.
• Fixed Conveyance Allowance (FCA): Rs. 1,000/- per month on declaration basis.
• Mobile Allowance: Rs. 300/- per month.
• EPF, ESI, Gratuity as per rules.
• Rupee. 5,000/- Annual Medical Allowance on declaration basis.
• The accrued increment will be continued at the time of each contract period and the contract will continue till the superannuation age of 60 years or the project period, whichever is earlier, subject to satisfactory performance and renewal of the contract period from time to time.

selection process

• Selection Process: Interview only.
• Contract Period: The contract will be valid for a period of 3 years, subject to annual review and renewal of the contract once a year by the Director.
• The contractual appointment is purely on temporary basis and there will be no right to claim for regular appointment or continuous contractual appointment.

General information/instructions

• Casual Leave: 12 days per calendar year.
• Privilege Leave: 10 days per year.
• Sick leave: 10 days per calendar year.
• Maternity Leave: As per “Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act, 2017”.
• Paternity Leave: 15 (fifteen) days per child subject to condition in case of maternity leave.
• Applicants must ensure that they satisfy the eligibility and other criteria mentioned and the particulars given are correct in all respects, failing which the candidature/appointment is liable to be cancelled/terminated.
• Mere submission of application and clear fulfillment of the criteria does not confer any right to be called for interview.
• The selected candidate will have to submit a medical fitness report signed by the District Level Medical Officer before joining.
• The offer letter will include details of the contract, effective date, remuneration, duration and renewal clause which will be subject to satisfactory review once a year.
• If either party decides to discontinue the contract, one month’s notice or equivalent salary in lieu is required.
• If any disciplinary action has been taken against a selected candidate in his/her previous organization, the decision of BSVS Trust regarding selection/non-selection will be final and binding.
• BSVS Trust reserves the right to terminate the contract without assigning any reason; In such a case, one month’s notice or salary will be payable in lieu thereof by the organization.
• The new joinee will submit a joining report to the Director, RSETI and complete the necessary joining formalities.
