• Must be Graduation (Any i.e., Science/Commerce/Arts)/Post Graduation; However, MSW/MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/B.Sc. can be given priority. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agriculture), B.Sc. (Agriculture Marketing)/B.A. with B.Ed. etc.
• Must have talent in teaching and good knowledge of computers.
• Excellent communication skills in local language is essential, fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Typing skill in local language is essential.
• Typing skills in Hindi/English typing, an added advantage.
• Previous experience as faculty preferred.

Salary/Stipend

• Consolidated salary Rs. 30,000/- per month.
• Annual performance incentive of Rs. Rs.2000/- per year will be based on satisfactory review/performance of services provided.
• The salary increases accrued at the time of renewal of each contract period will continue.
• Mobile Allowance: Rs. 300/- per month.
• EPF, ESI, Gratuity as per rules.

• Written test to assess general knowledge and computer ability.
• Personal interview to assess communication ability, leadership qualities, attitude, problem solving ability and ability to interact with trainees, developmental approach.
• Demonstration/Presentation to assess teaching skills and communication ability.

General information/instructions

• While applying for the posts, the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfills the mentioned eligibility and other criteria and the details given are correct in all respects.
• If at any stage it is discovered that a candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria or has furnished incorrect/false information or has suppressed material facts, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
• Mere submission of application does not confer any right to be called for interview.
• The selected candidate will have to submit a medical fitness report signed by the District Level Medical Officer before joining.
• The contract will be subject to annual review and renewal based on satisfactory performance.
• Either party may terminate the contract with one month’s notice or salary in lieu.
• Bank of Baroda reserves the right to terminate the contract without assigning any reason with one month’s notice or salary in lieu thereof.
