• Ability: Bachelor or Master degree in Physiotherapy from any recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years experience. Preference will be given to those currently or previously working as Physiotherapist in a bank and having a clinic in Delhi.

• It will be finalized based on the suitability of the candidate.

• The applications received will be examined by the Bank.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview by email. On the basis of interview, final selection will be made for appointment to the post of Physiotherapist on contract basis.
• Offer letter for engagement will be sent to the selected candidate by email on his/her email ID mentioned in the application.
• If the selected candidate declines or does not accept the offer of engagement within the stipulated time-limit mentioned in the offer letter, the engagement will be offered to the next candidate from the waiting list (in order from highest to lowest) as per the interview marks and so on.

General information/instructions

• In the event of continuous absence for more than two days the Physiotherapist will have to arrange for a suitable substitute acceptable to the Bank at his own expense.
• Physiotherapists will not be eligible for any benefits available to part-time/full-time employees of the Bank i.e. they will not be eligible for leave, leave fare concession, provident fund, gratuity or any other terminal benefit, bonus, reimbursement of medical expenses, brief case, newspaper etc.
• Appointment under contract is temporary. No claim shall be made on that basis at any stage for regular employment or for pay and allowances payable to regular employees.
• The Bank reserves the right to change the hours and place of duty at its discretion if it becomes necessary to suit administrative and operational requirements.
• Any dispute arising out of the contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
• The Physiotherapist shall maintain strict confidentiality in respect of the affairs of the Bank and its constituents and shall not, directly or indirectly, disclose any information of a confidential nature to any member of the public or to the staff of the Bank, unless compelled to do so by judicial or other authority, or unless directed so to do by a superior officer in the discharge of his duties.
• The Physiotherapist shall serve the Bank with honesty and integrity and shall use his utmost endeavors to promote the interests of the Bank and shall show courtesy and attention in all transactions.
• Physiotherapist shall not indulge in any act of sexual harassment of any person at the workplace.
• If the physiotherapist is arrested for debt or on criminal charges or detained in pursuance of any process of law, the contract may be terminated.
• The engagement shall not be governed by the following:- a. Punjab and Sindh Bank Officers Service Regulations, 1982B. Punjab and Sind Bank Officer Employees (Conduct) Regulations-1981 C. Punjab and Sind Bank Officer Employees (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations-1981 The services of the contract employee will be governed by the courts applicable to him. D. The Physiotherapist will follow all the guidelines, rules and instructions issued by the Bank during the period of the contract.
• The Bank reserves the right to increase the minimum eligibility standards etc. to limit the number of candidates to be called for interview. The bank’s decision in this regard will be final. The Bank will not entertain any correspondence with applicants who have not been called for interview.
• The decision of the Bank in respect of all matters relating to this appointment will be final and binding on all candidates.
• Any notice/communication to the candidates displayed on the Bank’s website or sent by registered/speed post or sent to the email ID mentioned in the application, will be deemed to be sufficient service of communication to the candidate for all purposes.
• If necessary, the Bank reserves the right to partially/completely cancel the appointment process at any time without giving any additional notice or assigning any reason.
